First, it is necessary to do a good job of sealing. If cpe135a is in contact with air for a long time, it is easy to react, thus changing its chemical properties and changing its performance. Users need to avoid cpe135a contacting with air.

Second, the need to do a good job in moisture-proof work, for any product, if long-term contact with humid air, will cause damage, let alone cpe135a, customers must do a good job in moisture-proof work.

Third, to avoid the high temperature of cpe135a working environment, to save cpe135a, the temperature of the environment must be well controlled, because too high temperature will cause reaction to cpe135a, so customers must do a good job in temperature control.

The toughening effect is the best when the addition amount is between 8 and 12 phr. However, the Vicat softening temperature of the pipe will be significantly reduced by adding CPE MBS and ABS have little effect on Vicat softening temperature, but they have poor weather resistance due to unsaturated double bond in their molecular chain; impact ACR is an ideal impact modifier, but its price is high. The moisture content exists in the solid phase in the form of loose chemical combination or liquid solution, or is gathered in the fine structure of solid. The vapor pressure of this liquid is lower than that of pure liquid, which is called bound water; while the moisture content free on the surface is called unbound water.

Due to the existence of polar gene in the macromolecular structure of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), and the structure of its powder is very loose, there will be not only "unbound water" but also "bound water" in the wet powder. It is more difficult to dry it to a moisture content of no more than 0.3% (wet basis) (at this time, the drying is considered to be qualified).
