Effect of adding ACR to PVC processing aids

ACR series processing aids are commonly used processing aids, which have good thermal stability, dispersion and aging resistance, improve the performance of materials and improve the quality of products.

    ACR processing aid is prepared by grafting polymerization of methyl methacrylate onto alkyl acrylate elastomer, with "core-shell" structure. The "core" is a kind of low crosslinked acrylic rubber polymer, and the "shell" is a methyl methacrylate grafting polymer with good compatibility with PVC. It is widely used in PVC products in China. The main purpose of processing ACR is to improve the processing performance of PVC. It is usually produced by the grafting copolymerization of methyl methacrylate, methacrylate and acrylate. PVC type, but the transfer of heat and shear force of PVC resin itself is not strong, and the melt formed is not uniform. After ACR modifier, the surface gloss and other characteristics of PVC and products can be significantly improved.
