Due to the low investment in the equipment for the production of CPE CPE, there are many CPE production plants in China, which not only pollutes the ecological environment, but also causes the unstable quality of CPE CPE. Such CPE will cause the quality defects of PVC products when it is put into production. The specific reasons are as follows:

A large number of low-quality CPE chlorinated polyethylene have appeared in the market. Some production plants do not have technical conditions and the chlorination process is backward. The other is unfair competition caused by mixing a certain amount of calcium carbonate or talcum powder into CPE chlorinated polyethylene. In PVC processing, these inferior CPE chlorinated polyethylene are used as modifiers for PVC processing. In order to achieve the purpose of impact resistance and toughening of PVC products, the amount of CPE chlorinated polyethylene will inevitably increase, which will inevitably lead to the increase of plasticizing time and the decrease of balancing torque. This increases the time to reach the balanced torque. All these will lead to the decline of the overall performance of the product and the improvement of the scrap rate
