Characteristics of CPE

1) Chlorinated polyethylene is a kind of saturated rubber, which has excellent heat and oxygen aging, ozone aging, acid and alkali resistance, and chemical properties.

2) Chlorinated polyethylene has excellent oil resistance, including excellent resistance to ASTM No. 1 oil and ASTM No. 2 oil, which are equivalent to NBR; The resistance to ASTM No. 3 oil is excellent, superior to CR and equivalent to CSM.

3) Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) contains chlorine element, which has excellent flame retardancy and anti dripping characteristics. The flame retardant material with good flame retardancy and low cost can be obtained by properly matching it with antimony flame retardant, chlorinated paraffin and Al (OH) 3.

4) Chlorinated polyethylene is non-toxic, free of heavy metals and PAHS, and fully meets the environmental requirements.

5) Chlorinated polyethylene (cpe) has high filling performance and can be made into products that meet various performance requirements. CPE has good processability, and there are many brands to choose from in the range of 50-100 Mooney viscosity (ML121 1+4).
